Kal & Kai brings to you products made with utmost quality and care. Our team puts every product through a rigorous quality check process to ensure that the products reaching you are in a perfect condition. However, on a rare occasion when there is something wrong with your order we would be happy to accept a return within 7 days from the date of delivery in sealed condition with the tamper seal intact. Please initiate a return by sending us an email at customercare@KalnKa.in . In case of tampered packages, or products not in a right condition we recommend you to make a video and share it with us so that we can escalate it to the right team and ensure corrective actions on the same.

Yes. Returns need to be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery

Your returns should meet the following conditions:

– If you fall under the return window which is 7 days from the date of delivery

– The product seal is intact and the product is in an unused condition. In case of any damage during transit please share the images with us on customercare@schenka.in

– All freebies that came with the product needs to be returned with the order

– All Items that came in as combos need to be returned together unless wrongly shipped

Enclose the product(s), in original condition and packaging as part of the return package. Remember, we can’t refund or exchange products if their tags/labels or seals have been tampered with – so be extra careful. Also, don’t forget to retain a proof of the postage.

Yes you can, just let us know the product(s) you want to return from your order while you initiate the return. You should know that we can’t accept returns of incomplete product combos (for example: ‘Buy one get one free’ combos, free gifts, etc.).
